Mr. Kudlik’s vast experience in this field includes top sales and/or management positions with such companies as Dean Witter (Morgan, Stanley), NYSE, Prudential-Bach Securities and E.F. Hutton. Due to his personal relationships in the industry and depth of knowledge, Financial Service Group becomes the marketing wing for sponsors and broker/dealers alike.

Services include consulting during the due diligence process, interfacing with attorneys and tax accountants, developing compliance approved marketing materials such as websites, offering memorandums, due diligence packages, sales presentations, trade show presence, brochures, etc. and representing clients at large industry conferences and symposiums.
